My name is Sharon Hanton and I am a fully qualified and insured member of the Association of Reflexologists, enabling me to carry the letters MAR after my name. This is a recognised and respected qualification in the subject and I work to AoR's code of conduct and ethics.
I continue to participate in training seminars to keep up to date with new methods and approaches.
I trained in Reflexology with the Aquarian School in Hertfordshire in 1998-1999. My training involved a detailed study of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, counselling and first aid - as well as hands and feet!
